The challenge to get everyone in the world…in the Word includes the children of the world. As you use this website to click onto the various regions of the world you can read about the different challenges each region faces. Now, imagine all of these challenges in one place, the Children’s Ministry.

More than half of the world’s population is made up of children under18 years of age, but generally speaking, the majority of the church’s energy and resources goes toward reaching adults. The ministry of CBSI reaches out, also, to the rest of the population, the children. Our task is not an easy one, but we are passionate about ministering to the children. We share this passion with our Lord, Jesus of Nazareth, who said. “Let the little children come to me and so not hinder them, for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these.”

Statistics show that 86% of Christians are saved before reaching 15 years of age, 10% between the age of 15-30 and only 4% after age 30. These statistics are valuable to our ministry. They show us our target audience.

Please hold the ministry up in your prayers for additional people to hear and accept God’s calling to serve as CBSI Children’s Leaders. Pray that each class will provide a place where children can discover the truth of the Bible, and through the Word of God, develop a personal relationship with the Lord, Jesus Christ. And finally, pray for the ability to meet the financial needs of the ministry.
